The Game of Love pt. 2 : the Dating Game

On my way to the clubhouse Hannah caught up to me,
then I saw Draco not far behind her.
"Hannah...what did you do?" I considered perhaps the Imperius curse, but Hannah couldn't do that anyways.
"I asked him nicely! Unlike you, I told him it was the Dating Game and that he didn't have to participate."
"awww..."
"Hey at least he's here. besides we have food, who doesn't love food?"
"Hannah, you've outdone yourself again!"
She pulled out the floor plan Jazz had given us and we walked past the wall a few times...
Jazz and Justin had just finished setting up, Seamus had come early to help them, Fred and George had come early to watch them set up.
Jazz looked up and smacked Justin in the back of the head so he would look up too.
"Hi guys!" Seamus ran up and hugged me, quickly jumped back, and waved awkwardly to Hannah, Pretending Draco wasn't there.
Draco took offence to this, and ignored him as well.
I wasn't paying much attention to the game, I was bummed I couldn't play...
in the first round, Hannah had to choose between Fred, George (who had been messing with her all the way) and Seamus.
Obviously, she ended up picking Seamus.
in the second, Neville had to choose between Katie, Susan and Luna.
Somehow, he picked Luna.
Afterwards, we all went to our Dinner tables...

Jazz and Justin sat with Me and Draco, and i couldn't help but notice how uncomfortable Seamus looked over with Hannah, Neville and Luna.
Every few Minutes he would look at me, quickly look away and then stare at the floor again.
Justin was looking especially wimpy today, he had some kind of problem sitting next to Draco, >:\
I wonder if he'll be any less wimpy when he's my brother-in-law someday.
"Draco?" Jazz had to break the silence, it's in her nature. "What do you think of all this snow?"
She asked him.
He just stared at her, clearly confused.
"It always snows this time of year."
Then Jazz elbowed me, Ow Jazz, OW.
I was supposed to talk,
"mmmI KNOW WHO PUT THE DUNGBOMBS IN YOUR DORM!"
I threw my hands over my mouth, I didn't know who put the dungbombs in there dorm!
I racked my brain for an answer...Pansy! Pansy does everything. x3
Justin's mouth was moving but all i heard was BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.
then I noticed something, Draco was watching me, he was waiting for an answer.
I held off on answering just a few more minutes...
"PANSY!"
Draco stared off into space...
Then I heard a high-pitched "Meep" followed by a rattling of chairs. Justin had jumped and Draco quickly scooted his chair away from him.
"Ow" Draco flinched. Jazz kicked him, So naturally, I kicked her.
"Ow!" She elbowed me again and I shoved her out of her chair.
This drew everyone's attention.
I smiled really big and guilty, and something hit me in the side of the head.
Jazz chucked her food at me!
Fred jumped out of his chair.
"FOOD FIGHT!"
Draco jumped under our table, and someone grabbed hold of my arm and pulled me to the side.
Hannah and Luna we're throwing food and Neville was hiding with the house elves, I turned and saw Seamus had pulled me under their table.
"Thanks Seamus, I don't need any more spaghetti in my hair."
He didn't say anything, I suppose he was still recovering from his "date"
"Or my ear." I said taking some noodles off my head.
He helped me brush some more out of my hair, until George kicked the table over and slugged him with some mashed potatoes xD

That was pretty messy for the Dating Game.

P.S.
turns out it was Pansy who put the dungbombs in their dorm, she tried to frame me for it, but Draco knows I can't aim and would have missed the doorway completely, throwing them from the hall.

The Game of Love

FINALLY! Jazz is having the Dating Game!

I had to get Draco to come, but how?

"Hi Draco!"
"EMILY. uh...hi"
Nice welcome, >.> but then again I did cut him off in the hallway,
"Mind if I walk to class with you?"
"Uh...."
"So do you have anything to do tomorrow night?"
He stopped very abruptly.
"W-why?"
"I was just wondering..."
I stopped too, unknowingly twirling my hair,
He looked very nervous.
"If you could come to my sister's club's event?"
He let out a huge sigh and started walking again.
"Why? what is it?"
"Um....It's a surprise?"
He went into high alert again,
"NO."
He started off down the hall faster and left me behind.
I WILL get him to go with me.

I saw him again later that day, A flight down on the moving staircases, on his way up.
I ran down a few flights and up another so that I was at the top waiting for him.
He was distracted, Watching his footing and the other staircases.
"Draco?"
Just as he was reaching the top,
I leaned over and he looked up...
and...
I...uh...
I KISSED HIM!
or...
HE KISSED ME?!?

It was an accident!
or
was it?!?
I Ran.

I caught Hannah leaving class and told her.
She just stood there for a minute...
"Yeeeah...suuuure...like I'm gonna believe that,"
"You should!!! it's the truth!!!"
Ernie walked up and I glared at him until he left.

The next day, Jazz asked me what was up.
I explained...
She stared at me.
"But your still coming to the event tonight right?"
I WAS SHOCKED. she didn't care at all!
her precious event was more important!
Then I remembered.
How am I gonna get him to come now???

Memories of our first year...

I was soooo happy when my letter first got here!
We went to Diagon Alley and got all Jazz and my, School books, Robes, etc.
And wands from Ollivander's.
-9 inches, Pine, Core of Dragon Heartstring-
And I was on my way before I knew it!

The sorting was taking forever until...

"Draco Malfoy!"
He made his way to the front,
And the ugly hat had barely touched his head when it yelled,
"SLYTHERIN!"

Suddenly, I knew which house I wanted to be in.

"Slytherin, Slytherin, Slytherin, Slytherin..."
Jazz came up next to me...

"Emily, What are you doing?"
"Wanting to be in Slytherin."
"Why would you-"
"Boy."
"Oh."

After a while...

"Emily Thompson!"
I Sped toward the front, Shoving the other first years out of my way.
Mcgonagall looked stunned as I pushed the last few kids out of my way and nearly toppled the stool plopping down on it.
I continued to chant in my head...
"Slytherin, Slytherin, Slytherin, Slytherin-"
I heard a voice in my head (or around my head) when the hat came down on top of it.
"My my, Do you have any refining qualities?"
"I DO SO!" I said in a violent whisper, "I'm.......Greedy."
"Thinking of Slytherin are you?"
He was the most condescending hat i'd ever talked to.
"Yes! Please!"
"Very well....SLYTHERIN!"
"YES!"
I yelled out to the entire hall.
the Slytherins weren't sure wether to clap or not.
I Skipped over to the table and found the closest seat to this "Draco" as possible. ;3
Not to long after that, Jazz was called up to be sorted.
"HUFFLEPUFF!"
"WHAT?!?"
Slytherins eruppted with laughter,
and the Hufflepuffs looked kinda pissed off.
Just then something at the their table caught her eye, she walked down awkwardly,
And sat next to a guy with black hair, I later found out was our fellow first year, Justin. Finch. Fletchley.

Hint, hint...

The rest of my first year has just left me... O.O
Well,
Aside from running up behind Draco all the time and messing up his stupid haircut,
but that was my second year too. ^^

Heeeeeere’s EMMY!!!

My parents were so pissed off when I came home for the holidays without my phone!

I’m sure anyone could go a month without thinking of Accio…

Now I’ve found it again and I forgot what I was gonna tell you about vacation.

Our club just had an event!

Jazz’ Dating thing needs some more planning so it was postponed.

MOVIE NIGHT

We watched a scary movie ^ ^

Seamus, Hannah, Ernie, Fred, George, Jazz, and Justin were there,

And ME of course.

So we got there and stood outside the door to the Room of Requirement,

Which was currently a wall.

Jazz told everyone to imagine our movie room,

We walked past the wall 3 times,

And it became a door.

I’m used to this by now, of course.

You should have seen me the first time…

Jazz: Okay, now walk past 3 times, and think of the clubhouse.

Me: *walks back and forth with everyone else*

Door: *Appears*

*Thunk*

Fred: what was that?

I passed out.

That happens to me a lot actually…

So anyway we get inside and there’s…

A HUGE screen,

5 beanbag chairs on the floor,

A big couch,

And

A random puffy chair off to the side o.0

Jazz and Justin ran over to the chair

Jazz: *Jumps in the chair* I imagined the recliner it’s mine! >:]

Justin came and sat on the floor right next to it.

Fred and George instantly went for the beanbags, but not before Ernie had 1.

And Seamus, Hannah and I sat on the couch.

15 minutes in…

Fred had declared himself king of the bean bag chairs,

George wasn’t ready to submit to king Fred’s order,

And they were getting quite annoying…

“You Guys we’re supposed to be watching a movie not playing bean bag wars!”

I said and kicked Ernie’s bean bag chair,

He promptly rolled of onto the floor.

I thought I heard snoring…

“Owww”

Hannah looked murderous,

(She wants me to be nicer to him)

“Sorry I shoved you off onto the floor Ernie.”

He was very confused,

Am I really that mean to him?

In 30 minutes…

Ernie was out cold again,

Hannah had thrown herself over the side of the couch in her sleep,

(Jazz thinks she was trying to reach him, they’re so lame.)

Jazz was asleep.

A few more minutes passed and we heard a hollow thunk,

Everyone turned towards the puffy chair in the corner,

Fred: Justin’s down! 2 to go.

Fred & George made a game of this,

To see who could stay awake the longest,

George: This is too easy,

They turned to Seamus & I (The only ones left awake)

Me: Oh yeah? I’m gonna stay up all night!

That’s the last thing I remember.

Then I woke up the next morning…

“Awwwwww”

I sat up and looked around,

Fred and George were still up and beating each other with the beanbags,

They were slowing down though.

“George look, Emily’s up. George...George?”

The second Fred had looked away he collapsed on the beanbag he was holding,

Fred: Awww C’mon,

He threw his beanbag at George,

Who had clearly not taken staying up all night as well as Fred did.

“I thought Jazz’d wake up first, so I guess you win that award.”

He turned to me,

“Lucky it’s Saturday huh? I don’t think any of us could recover from that quick enough to get back to school work”

I took another quick look around; Fred and I were the only ones awake now.

*Groan*

“How late did was I up exactly?”

Me: Good morning Seamus!

His face went red.

Fred snickered,

Me: What? What is it?

Fred: Oh nothing…

Our 1st Hogsmeade weekend is on HALLOWEEN!!!

How cool is that?

I’m gonna have a party that night too ^^

It’s like… what… 6 days?

HYPED

If that’s a word…

My party’s a costume party so I asked the guests what they would be.

Jazz’ll be a gypsy,

Hannah’s a princess,

Draco just stared at me, (I told him to be a vampire, He’d be a great vampire…) :D

Hannah said Ernie would be her servant, He agreed quietly.

Seamus said he’d be a muggle. LAME.

And Justin’s a pumpkin…  o.0

This last week I was sick.

Madam Pomfrey didn’t think the common cold really needed curing >.<

When I’m sick I am a bit…

Clumsy,

Easily amused,

Loud

And

Forgetful.

Snape gave me detention. WHAT FOR. I DO NOT KNOW. (I think I forgot.)

Seamus is under the impression I actually think he’s funny.

I fell down some stairs.

I pushed Pansy down some stairs. (By Accident, Of course.)  ;D

The paintings wont talk to me. (Something about yelling at them…)

I forgot Ernie’s name. (He was deeply insulted)

He ignored me for a day.

I didn’t notice.

He was insulted again.

AND I CAN’T SING! MY THROAT’S ALL SCREWED UP.

I CARVED A PUMPKIN! With Draco’s face on it >w<

I was gonna float him across the black lake :D

Sorry I haven’t posted in so long, Filch took my IPhone and I just now stole it back.

I’m too lazy to tell you EVERYTHING that happened last week, nor do I think you’d have enough time to read it.

I think the highlights were…

When I told Draco his dad needed a haircut.

The time I filled Seamus’ shoes with jellybeans.

A whole day spent in Jazz’s club, meeting the other members.

Turning my hair green for a day to see who would notice.

Everyone noticed.

Hogsmeade!

And I found an egg!

My pink hula-hoop Justin used for ring toss. IN THE WHOMPING WILLOW!!!
See, he and Jazz went to get it after he...threw it...to...far...HE KILLED IT!!! Well I'll yell at him later.
Because right now i want to tell you what ELSE I found today! My purple hula-hoop I left with Jazz, On the floor outside our dorm, With a note on it...
"Emily, Your sister threw this at me when she couldn't find you. -Draco"
*GASP* I have his hand-writing! I'll keep it forever! I mean...Sorry, that was really Stalkerish...

AND Jazz' Club has video games and computers and stuff! and i was worried I'd get in trouble with my IPhone! Anyway It's really awesome in there, so I joined, well, i had already joined cuz it was my sister's club, but i never actually showed up. But now i will! and maybe I'll make some new friends! since all the other Slytherins are, well, REALLY LAME.
So i went and asked Jazz when the next big event or whatever was, when all the members would be there...
"Well, the next event is The Dating Game, your gonna come?" "HECK YES!"

Today, Jazz, Justin and I were playing GIANT ring toss with my hula-hoops and some statues outside the castle! I have 3 hula-hoops! A sparkly pink 1, A see-through purple 1, AND 1 named BOB! :D I got like -426 Points! (like golf, the less, the better) I bet you’re wondering how to get minus points. Let’s just say first years are fast, they’re a lot smaller targets than the statues AND they move. After a while more and more people started to come outside. Justin threw his hula-hoop too hard so they went to get it, then BOB caught some wind and it just so happens that Professor Snape was walking past... “OMG! BOB! COME BACK! *Smack* PROFESSOR SNAPE! YOU CAUGHT BOB! With your face...” there was a long pause, he looked REALLY mad. “THOMPSON. DETENTION. AGAIN.” “Yeah, that figures...”

I LIKE PIE. Sorry, that was random...

Last night I couldn’t get to sleep so I dug through my trunk, found a pool noodle (THAT GLOWS IN THE DARK!) and went out into the common room. I found a spot directly beneath the boy’s dorm, laid out on the floor and threw the noodle at the ceiling. I LUV the hollow bonk sound it makes, it’s pretty loud actually.

2 Hours later...

I heard footsteps on the stairs, stuffed my pool noodle under a couch and sat up, staring anxiously at the arch that ended the staircase. Draco came into sight and stepped slowly down the last few stairs...

“Emily? It’s 2am, what are you doing?” he looks so cute when he’s tired ^^

“Nothing...”

“What was that noise?”

“What noise?”

“Uh...”

“Can I have a hug?”

“What?”

“Nevermind...”

I stood up, pulled a brightly glowing pool noodle out from under the couch and walked off, Leaving Draco thoroughly confused.

SCAVENGER HUNT : PART THREE

“NOW DRINK IT!” He shouted followed by a simultaneous “WHAT?!?” From the rest of us. He did a few backflips in the air. “Go on, from left to right.” He said pointing at Seamus.

Seamus looked down slowly at Romilda’s potion clearly horrified, Romilda’s eyes grew to 3 times their normal size, Evidently she knew what this potion did, Seamus also noticed this and with one glance in my direction, reluctantly took a drink.

Peeves had a hungry look in his eye (he can be really scary sometimes) Seamus stood there for a moment and sat down all of sudden, on the stone floor staring dreamily off into space. His gaze drifted over to Romilda who had her head in her hands. He just sat there staring at her for a moment, Peeves looked very confused.

“WHAT WAS THAT?!?” I heard someone screaming at Romilda, it took a minute for me to realize it WAS me. “A love potion.” She said in a small voice. Peeves had grown bored with this one, he turned to Romilda, 

“Drink yours!” he said eagerly.

She picked Seamus’ up, a small vial with murky green contents, and drank. She screwed up her face as if bracing for impact and instantaneously grew a long furry tail much like a cat’s. Seamus continued to stare idly at her.

Completely disregarding his ‘left to right’ precept, Peeves rounded on Terry, who looked at Luna, who was staring off into space,

He shrugged his shoulders and drank. He abruptly turned into a toddler, followed by Luna drinking Terry’s, which resulted in her transformation into a raven.

Peeves was just giddy as Hannah took Justin’s and turned invisible. Justin taking Hannah’s and breaking out in an involuntary giggling fit.

Draco and I looked at each other as Peeves came rolling through the air giggling almost as much as Justin, “Go on!” he managed to get out between the snickering. I withdrew the small bottle from my purse, Draco was holding a vial of Glittering black. We traded as Peeves watched restlessly, Draco drank Pansy’s first, Wincing as if someone was about to hit him.

A few minutes passed and nothing happened. Peeves smirk was wiped off his face, he floated over Draco’s head “smells like polyjuice potion” he sounded disappointed. “Emily, Where did you get this?” said Draco, “Pansy’s stuff.” I replied sheepishly. Ernie took a break from his attempt to feel for where Hannah was and piped up “If nothing happened, wouldn’t that mean, that, it was supposed to turn you into you?”

“Suspicious!!!” Came a disembodied singsong voice I knew to be Hannah’s and Ernie held his arms out in front of him and continued to look for her.

I looked apprehensively at the blackness inside the vial I held in my hand, and then drank it

Everything went black.

And not at all unusually anymore I woke up in the hospital wing.

But to my pleasant surprise Draco was at my bedside. ^^

He told me he and Ernie (and maybe Hannah they don’t know) had run to get Professor Snape and he cured everybody :D

But we all got detention. DX
